Try as Megamind might, he can never invent a scheme clever enough to take over Metro City... not with caped crusader Metro Man standing in his way. But when Metro Man drops out of the scene, Megamind realizes that running the city isn't half as fun as fighting for it. He begins to groom a new superhero to become his nemesis, but his protégé turns out to be a destructive force far more dastardly than Megamind could ever dream of being. What's left for the former villain to do but play the hero?
